Our Purpose:

Welcome to the Saturday Fitness Group! Our mission is to empower individuals with disabilities to achieve their fitness goals and embrace active, healthy lifestyles. We offer an inclusive and supportive environment, featuring accessible facilities and knowledgeable trainers who are dedicated to helping you thrive. At Mentor Mates, we believe that physical fitness is for everybody, and we’re excited to help you break down barriers!


Event Information:

Join us for our new 3-hour group fitness sessions every Saturday from 9am to 12pm. Our diverse range of activities includes:

  • Gym group fitness classes

  • Yoga sessions

  • Mobility classes

  • Beach walks and swims

  • Scenic hikes

  • Outdoor recreational sports

  • Sauna and indoor swimming

Your Role:

We encourage everyone to participate at their own pace and share their ideas for activities. This is a space for you to connect, motivate each other, and explore new ways to stay active while having fun!
