Plan for Saturday 6th September
Bundanon Art Museum Trail
Bundanon Art Museum is located west of Nowra, approximately a 1.15-hour drive from Wollongong. Featuring the award-winning Art Museum (and Boyd Collection Gallery), Bridge and Boyd Education Centre, and Ramox Café.
(170 Riversdale Road, Illaroo)
Tickets cost for Adults $18 and for Concessions $12.
The Homestead & Arthur Boyd’s Studio features the historical and social history of Bundanon, as well as the story of the Boyd Family, including a display of key works from the Bundanon Collection.
Bundanon celebrates the work of two leading Australian artists through the exhibitions Betty Kuntiwa Pumani: maḻatja-maḻatja (those who come after) and David Sequeira: The Shape of Music.
Offering different perspectives on contemporary practice, these exhibitions encompass significant bodies of work made over many years, and new commissions created especially for Bundanon – reflecting Arthur Boyd’s vision for Bundanon as a ‘working arts centre’ and a place for creativity and connection, for all people.
There will be optional walks around the grounds and surrounding bushland.
