Change of Plan for this Saturday, the 19th of July
Curracurrang Falls, Royal National Park walk 1-1.5hrs return.
This is a great short walk found just by the car park and picnic area of Wattamolla Beach (access to public toilets here). This route loops around the bushland, taking in the rugged coastline with fantastic views of the Pacific Ocean.
Leading you along the coastline, you'll come across the Curracurrang Gully, where you'll find a small waterfall if it has rained recently.
This route of course, gives stunning views of the ocean and during the colder months is an amazing spot to view whales migrating up the coastline.
Please note: have a big breakfast to fuel your walk, there will be no cafes close to the Royal National Park, and please plan to have a late lunch at home once we have returned!
To Pack:
A hat
sunscreen
water
trail snacks
Comfortable walking shoes
